The manometer consists of a transparent glass U-tube partially filled with high-purity mercury, providing a direct and visual indication of pressure difference. One leg of the tube is connected to the process pressure source, while the other is sealed under vacuum to measure absolute pressure with exceptional stability and repeatability.
